What if it rains on the day of my rental?
We reserve the right to cancel a reservation if there is any rain before arrival. We will only set up the jumper during clear weather, if its sprinkling or raining we will not be able to set up the equipment. If it rains after we have done the set up we are not responsible for any refunds, exchanges or credits.
Please be aware that if the jumper order is cancelled due to the rain, anything in that order will be cancelled as well. Drivers are not sent out for any equipment under rain conditions.
Do you provide setup and takedown services?
We offer setup and takedown services included with your rental.
What if the bounce house gets damaged during the rental?
Please refer to our policy in place for damages. You may be responsible for any damage caused by negligence or misuse. We offer optional rental insurance as well.

The prices listed in our website include the rental for up to 6 hours. However, you may request additional time by calling our office. An additional fee may apply.
